Start free with 100 images and no card. When you are ready, pick a tier by the number of images you need described each month. Human review, verified write-back into your CMS and a full audit trail are built into every paid tier, because that governance is the point, not an add-on.

Each tier includes a monthly bundle of images. Go over it and you pay a clear per-1,000 rate, which gets cheaper as you scale. No surprise bills: the portal shows images used against your bundle in real time.

Annual option on paid tiers: pay for ten months, get twelve. The portal meters only the images you describe over your included bundle, and the spend cap fails closed so you never get a surprise bill.
Why it is worth paying for
An overlay rents you a runtime patch. NarraSight writes real alt text into your content, so what you pay for is durable and yours to keep.
- Real, verified write-back. Approved descriptions are written into the actual
altattribute in your CMS and verified by an independent read. The text lives in your HTML and works with every screen reader and crawler. - Human review, by design. Anything below your confidence threshold is held for a person on your team to approve or edit. Nothing goes live unreviewed unless you choose that.
- Audit evidence. An immutable, per-image log records which image, which description, when and approved by whom, so your coverage is not just higher, it is evidenced.
- Yours to keep. No runtime widget and no lock-in. The descriptions are part of your content from day one and remain after you cancel.

Are these prices final?
Not yet. They are our recommended prices while final pricing is confirmed, which is why annual plans and quotes are arranged by email for now. If you want a firm figure for your site, write to hello@narrasight.com and we will give you one.
What counts against my monthly bundle?
Only the images we actually describe. If the same image appears again, we recognise it and do not charge for it twice. The full detail is in our terms.
Can I get a surprise bill?
No. The portal shows images used against your bundle in real time, and the spend cap fails closed: when the cap is reached, describing stops rather than your bill growing.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free tier is 100 images a month with no card, and it includes the same human review and audit trail as the paid tiers.
What still needs an email to us?
Annual billing, Enterprise, custom quotes, and anything involving an SLA, SSO or a custom DPA. While pricing is being finalised we handle those personally at hello@narrasight.com, usually within a couple of working days.
What happens to the alt text if I cancel?
It stays. Approved descriptions are written into your CMS as part of your content, so they keep working after you leave. There is no widget to switch off and nothing to lose.
