What NarraSight actually claims

NarraSight helps you provide text alternatives for images — the requirement in WCAG 2.2 Success Criterion 1.1.1 (Non-text Content) — at scale, with human review, coverage metrics and an audit trail. We write real alt text into your CMS, or give you an honest export; we never inject a runtime overlay.

We do not claim to make your website "fully accessible", "ADA compliant", "WCAG compliant" or "EAA compliant". Alt-text coverage satisfies one success criterion, not whole-site conformance. Anyone promising automatic full compliance is the kind of claim that drew the FTC's action against an overlay vendor in 2025 — we won't make it.
